The Yetiwing is a large Mystery Class dragon that first appeared in Dragons: The Nine Realms.
Physical Appearance[]
Hatchling to Adult[]
The Yetiwing is a fairly large four-legged dragon possessing distinctive traits, with its primary coloration being predominantly white. This hue is juxtaposed with shades of gray observed on its horn-like appendages that resemble antlers. Additionally, the nasal structure of the Yetiwing extends in a manner reminiscent of a heart shape, and the eyes are situated below the nose, rather than being incorporated into the antler-like structures. Significantly, the wings of this creature are of considerable size and are distinguished by the presence of dual claws. Moreover, the posterior region and wings of the Yetiwing possess a thick coating of fur, which serves as an efficient insulating layer.

The Yetiwing can blast opponents with a powerful ice blast, which is strong enough to knock a Night Light out of the sky and freeze a dragon to the bone. Its firepower can also freeze a dragon's feet to the ice, as one individual did to Webmaster and Feathers.

The Yetiwing possesses immense strength, as demonstrated by an individual's ability to forcefully collide its head with the top of its cave without showing any signs of discomfort or hesitation. The impact was so powerful that it resulted in the collapse of the cave structure. Additionally, this creature exhibited remarkable resilience by enduring attacks from a Featherhide and a Deadly Spinner, promptly recovering and returning to an upright position. The Yetiwings possess remarkable strength, enabling them to effortlessly drag both the Featherhide and Deadly Spinner into their cave, either together or individually.
Stealth and Camouflage[]
The Yetiwing possesses white scales and fur, which enable it to blend seamlessly into its environment. This camouflage allows the creature to stealthily stalk its prey without being easily detected.
Climbing[]
Yetiwings are shown to be great climbers, capable of climbing on walls of ice without any problems or difficulty, which proves they might have a strong grip.
Intelligence[]
In a remarkable display of intelligence, a Yetiwing exhibited the ability to strategically collapse a cavern by repeatedly ramming into its walls. This action was undertaken with the purpose of preventing the Dragon Club from escaping. The Yetiwing's understanding of its surroundings and its ability to utilize force allow it to manipulate its environment to its advantage.

Due to its considerable size, the Yetiwing exhibits limited stamina when it comes to sustained flight. As a result, it relies on leaping onto rocks to approach its prey before launching attacks.

The Yetiwings exhibit predatory behavior, demonstrated by their ability to hunt other dragons within their habitat. These creatures are skilled ambush predators, utilizing their excellent camouflage capabilities in the snowy and icy environment of the Ice Realm. In a specific instance, an individual Yetiwing tracked and deliberately enticed its prey, Feathers and Webmaster, to approach before launching its attack. This indicates their strategic approach to hunting.
Yetiwings possess remarkable patience, capable of stealthily stalking their prey for extended periods, sometimes lasting several hours, before executing their attack at the opportune moment. This patient behavior allows them to carefully assess the situation and ensure the highest chances of success in their hunt.

Season 4[]
In "Uncharted Territory", one Yetiwing hunted Feathers and Webmaster when they were lost in a blizzard in the Ice Realm after the riders had to go back to the surface, leaving the pair of dragons to fend for themselves. The Yetiwing stalked them, and lured Webmaster closer before firing at him, chilling him to the bone, and prompting Feathers to investigate and to walk into its trap. They were both taken back to its cave lair before the riders found them and freed them before they could become its next victims. The Yetiwing briefly battled against them, knocking Tom and Thunder out of the sky with its icy blast, and then trying to seal the riders inside by smashing its head again on the ceiling. Its attempts were unsuccessful, and the riders and their dragons narrowly escaped being crushed.
