Biography[]
Early Life[]
At some point before the events of Dragons: The Nine Realms, William Rakke Jr. founded Rakke Corp and funded project ICARIS, with the purpose of studying the newly formed Kullersen Fissure. He handpicked geologist Wilma Sledkin for this mission.
Visiting ICARIS[]
In "The Great Foster Fake-Out",
In "Ragnarok: Part 2", because of Jörmungandr's attack on ICARIS proving it was too dangerous and showing how it was safer for humans to stay out of the Hidden World, the leaders of ICARIS lied to Mr Rakke telling him an enormous earthquake was responsible for the damage done to Rakke Town and that it would be safer to abandon Project ICARIS. Not wanting to risk the safety of the people Mr Rakke agreed to have ICARIS permanently closed down to prevent any causalities.
