Vincent Tong is a Canadian voice actor and voice director. He is the voice of Eugene Wong in the series Dragons: The Nine Realms.

Vincent was born in Vancouver and he was working with Canadian voice works in British Columbia and then in 2020, he moved to Los Angeles in California, USA.
