Tim Johnson is an American film director, who served as an executive producer for How to Train Your Dragon and was the director of How to Train Your Dragon: Homecoming.
Biography[]
Tim Johnson was born in Chicago on August 27, 1961. After graduating from Northwestern University, he became an animator and a director. He won two Annie awards on Antz and Over the Hedge, an Audience Award on Over the Hedge. Johnson also worked at DreamWorks Animation, where he directed Sinbad: Legend of the Seven Seas, Home, and How to Train Your Dragon: Homecoming. He also worked as an executive producer on How to Train Your Dragon.
