Thomas F. Wilson is the voice actor who voices Bucket. He has had a number of other roles, most likely that of Biff Tannen and others in the Back to the Future trilogy.

Tom Wilson is an actor, voice actor, comedian, musician, and painter, born in Pennsylvania. He attended both Arizona State University and American Academy of Dramatic Arts in New York City. He started off as a comedian in New York, but later moved to Los Angeles and became involved in acting. Tom Wilson won a Saturn Award for Best Supporting Actor in 1991 for his role in Back to the Future Part III.
