Years of quiet solitude have led to a deep sense of inner peace that has helped the Swansoon overcome the crippling anxiety common to other Cyclarions. He is kind, gentle, and open to all who approach, giving the benefit of the doubt to all beings, indiscriminately. That said, Swansoon is no marshmallow. He is perfectly prepared to bring down a tornado of terror on anyone who abuses his generosity. After a particular interaction involving some Dragon Hunters who thought he’d make a nice quarry slave, Swansoon is quick to leap into action if he sees any sign of menace. He gains his reputation from his similarity to the graceful bird who shares part of his name. A symbol of balletic elegance, who’s savage aspect is only known to those who threaten anyone he deems to be under his protection. Taming Swansoon is not an easy task, however. You can make yourself into the kind of person he would be likely to befriend, but any sign of coercion will set you back to square one. The wise course is to be gentle in your dealings with this exquisite Dragon, and if he deems you worthy, he’ll come to you. |
