The Supper's Song - also called Singing Supper - is a song seen in How to Train Your Dragon, but is also a phenomenon of death for Dragons and possibly humans.
Concept[]
During the events of Book 1, Hiccup hears singing coming from the Green Death, but the singing wasn't the Green Death himself. Instead it was an Unnamed Seadragonus Giganticus Maximus that the Green Death had recently killed and eaten.
In a sense, the Supper's Song is a naturalistic life-after-death phenomenon experienced by Dragons, and as implied by the Green Death, humans as well (at least if eaten by a Dragon). It is also possible it is just a phenomenon amongst Seadragonus Giganticus Maximus Dragons - this is not clarified in the Books.
Hiccup asks the Green Death to explain the Singing Supper, to which the dragon tries to explain:

Walking, talking, breathing suppers, that's what we are. Take you, for instance. YOU are about to be eaten by ME, so that makes you supper. That's obvious. That's why it's so important for the supper to sing as beautifully as it can.' | ” |

The Green Death goes further to call Hiccup "Little Supper", as he plans on eating him in due time.
Each creature killed or eaten will sing its own song, though most of the song seen in Book 1 is that of the Unnamed Seadragonus Giganticus Maximus.
