Biography

Warring with other Viking Tribes

Stoick's Grandfather fought often and viciously with other tribes, especially enemies. The whole of the Barbaric Archipelago was fighting with each other. He and his army were often victorious. Eventually peace settled over the Archipelago, and to show his now peaceful intentions, Stoick's Grandfather broke up his sword, the Stormshatter, and hid the pieces around the Archipelago.

Telling Stories to His Grandson

During his later years, he would have his grandson Stoick sit on his knee and tell tales about Berserker fleets that would use harnessed Skrills to destroy everything in their path.
