Physical Appearance[]
The swords appear to be ivory-green with a mottled pattern and serrated, in a curved, scimitar-like form. The crossguards appear to be made of the same substance as the sword, and the tips are emblazoned with a bronze symbol of a skull. Ryker often wears the swords in a double holster strapped cross-wise across his back. The hilts of the swords are brown, wrapped with leather.
When on Ryker's back, the swords slide into a semi-covering sheath, which joins at the hilt, providing a short sheath made of green dragon-scale material and held together with metal. The dragon from which it came is unknown.
Function[]
- Combat: The function of Ryker's swords is for combat, primarily, although he is also seen using the swords to gesture with and as a threatening device. The blades are strong enough to cut chains made of Dragon Proof Metal as Ryker used it to release the Buffalord in "Buffalord Soldier". Another use for these swords is seen in "Shell Shocked, Part 2" when Ryker attempts to control the Shellfire. When not in use, the swords add to Ryker's appearance.
Trivia[]
- Ryker's blade appears to be the same material of the Dragon Hunter's dragon-proof metal cages.
