Paul Rugg is the voice actor who voices Savage in Dragons: Riders of Berk and Dragons: Defenders of Berk, as well as Dragons: Race to the Edge.

Biography

Paul Rugg was born in Los Angeles, California in 1960. He is married to Maria Rugg. In addition to voice-acting, Paul Rugg is also a screenwriter, producer, and puppeteer. He has won several awards including two Daytime Emmys for 'Outstanding Special Class Animated Program' in 1996 and 1997, as well as another in 1997 for 'Outstanding Children's Animated Program'. He has also won a BTVA Television Voice Acting Award in 2015 for 'Best Vocal Ensemble in a New Television Series' and again in 2016 for 'Best Vocal Cast in a Television Series'.
