Patton Peter Oswalt is an American stand-up comedian, actor, voice actor, and writer, who voices Oscar in the show Dragons: Rescue Riders.
Biography[]
Patton Oswalt was born on January 27, 1969 in Portsmouth, Virginia. In 1987, he graduated from the Broad Run High School and later majored in English from The College of William & Mary. Oswalt began his career in 1988 as a stand-up comedian, and soon started his own comedy show in 1996. He also started an acting career, starring in various films and television shows over the years. In 2016, Oswalt went on to receive a Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Writing for a Variety Special and a Grammy Award for Best Comedy Album for his Netflix comedy special titled Talking for Clapping.
