Mrs. Ack appears briefly in the movie, How to Train Your Dragon 2, and then is mentioned in the graphic novel, The Serpent's Heir.
Biography[]
Attacked by Drago and his Bewilderbeast[]
After the end of a Dragon Race, Stoick heads to the blacksmith shop to help out Gobber and his tribesmen and women. Hiccup tags along, trying to tell Stoick about an encounter he just had. Stoick almost runs into Mrs. Ack carrying her sleeping baby Gronckle while he was speaking to Spitelout. While waiting outside the blacksmith shop, Mrs. Ack overhears Hiccup tell Stoick that Drago Bludvist means to enslave all Dragons.
Mrs. Ack is seen standing next to Hoark the Haggard and other unnamed Vikings when Drago Bludvist reveals that Stoick is dead. She is later seen huddling behind a building clutching her unnamed daughter along with Hoark the Haggard and another unnamed man as Drago's Bewilderbeast attacks Berk.

In the aftermath of the attack by Drago Bludvist, Hiccup, now Chief, leaves Gobber in charge while he leaves to help the people of Nepenthe. The Scuttleclaw Hatchlings wreak havoc to Gobber's shop, chewing on everything and not listening. Gobber laments for someone else to take charge, and names Ack, Mrs. Ack, and Starkard.

Mrs. Ack appears to be a stout woman of short stature with brown hair and possible brown eyes. Her hair is long, kept in braids wrapped into buns on each side of her head.
