The Moving Islands of Ice is a small archipelago of moving islands made out of ice and located within the Barbaric Archipelago.
Geography[]
The Moving Islands of Ice are located in the northern reaches of the Archipelago. Adjacent from the west are The Murderous Mountains, from the south is adjacent Grimbeard's Despair, and adjacent from the east is the Frozen Isle of Nowhere.
The Moving Islands of Ice are made up of several unique oval-circle-esque islands that are comprised out of ice. It is unclear if they are meant to be actual land masses with ice on them, or some ice structure like icebergs.

How to Ride a Dragon's Storm[]
Norbert the Nutjob gives Hiccup his father's map that he used to sail to America. Using the Ticking Thing, Hiccup is able to tell that in order to get to America, they must pass through the Ice Islands. He also warns Norbert about the Ice Dragons living there.
