Krogan's Axe is Krogan's main weapon in Dragons: Race to the Edge.

Design[]

Krogan's Axe is unique compare to the other axes seen in the franchise. It is long and an elaborate metal axe.

History[]

As shown in a flashback in "The Wings of War, Part 1", Krogan was seen with his axe on his back after Drago Bludvist came after burning down the hall where the meeting of chieftains was taking place, Stoick the Vast, the only survivor of the incident, saw both Krogan and Drago fly away from the scene on their respective Rumblehorns.

In "Midnight Scrum" Krogan had a different axe that was shorter and similar to many other axes in the franchise. He used this to battle Throk and several Dragon Hunters who one of him disarmed him of it but he later leaped up and got it back. When he recaptured Hiccup, he used the axe to disarm him of his Inferno.

Dragons: Race to the Edge, Season 5[]

After becoming leader of the Dragon Hunters, Krogan had his axe in "Living on the Edge" where he oversaw the Death Song capturing dragons using it's call and amber. When one of the hunters started to question his methods, Krogan allowed the man to go only to throw the axe at the hunter's head.

Krogan's axe was seen in "Return of Thor Bonecrusher", where it was in a tent where he escorted with Jarg to finding out Viggo was in. It was leaning on a self with several Dragon Hunter Weapons.

In "Sins of the Past". Krogan used his axe when he attacked Heather.

Dragons: Race to the Edge, Season 6[]

In "Triple Cross". Krogan had his axe after Viggo manage to "capture" Hiccup and Toothless. He was almost going to execute Hiccup if it wasn't for Viggo's interference.

In "King of Dragons, Part 1", Krogan had his axe when he and Johann attacked Dramillion Island. He used it during an air battle with Hiccup. During the battle, Krogan's Singetail started to slow down since Hiccup and Toothless went up into higher altitude, this allowed Toothless to fire a plasma blast and disarmed Krogan of his axe. The axe presumably fell on Dramillion Island or into the nearby sea. By "King of Dragons, Part 2", Krogan didn't retrieved his axe and used a sword during the said episode.

Games[]

Dragons: Rise of Berk[]

Krogan's axe appeared in Dragons: Rise of Berk along with Drago's Bewilderbeast as it unique items to complete special collections for Liberated Dragons and resources such as Iron and Runes. Collection items include Drago's Shoulder Pad, the Elaborate Metal Axe, Horn Chain Cuffs, and a Round Satchel.
