John McGinley voices Grumblegard in the series, Dragons: Rescue Riders.
Biography[]
John McGinley was born in New York City in 1959, but was raised predominantly in New Jersey. He attended Syracuse University, then the Tisch School of the Arts, majoring in acting. The majority of his extensive career is as a supporting live-action actor, but he has done some production work, voice acting, and writing.
John McGinley has a son with his first wife, Lauren Lambert, and two daughters with his second wife, Nichole Kessler. His son has Downs Syndrome, prompting him to become very involved in charity work relating to the condition. He serves on the Board of the Global Down Syndrome Foundation.
