Jeffrey Katzenberg is one of the co-founders of DreamWorks Animation as well as the CEO. DreamWorks is the company responsible for developing the DreamWorks Dragons franchise. He has overseen practically all DreamWorks films.
Biography[]
Jeffrey Katzenberg gained fame when he was a CEO of Walt Disney Studios between 1984-1994, during release of such popular films as The Little Mermaid and The Lion King. He departed from Walt Disney Studios to co-found DreamWorks Animation in 1994 with Steven Spielberg and David Geffin. After NBC Universal purchased DreamWorks in 2016, he stepped down from his CEO position. Currently he is working on starting a project called "WndrCo".
Jeffery Katzenberg married his wife, Marilyn Siegel, in 1975. Together they have two children - twins - Laura and David. When not running businesses, Jeffery is very active in political spheres.
