Bureaucrats
Bureaucrats are senior editors. As well as being full Administrators, they have the ability to grant and remove local user rights except other bureaucrats. Only Fandom staff can demote a bureaucrat, so appointing one is best to be very carefully considered and agreed upon by the current admin team.
