The Hooligan Harbor is a land expansion area adjacent to Berk seen in the game, Dragons: Rise of Berk.
Geography
Hooligan Harbor is an area called an island in the Dragons: Rise of Berk Promo, but appears accessable by a bridge as all previous land expansions in the game. It is connected to the Death's Head area and situated in front of the Green Death's volcano. It is full of rocky terrain in the form of rock spars, boulders, rock clusters, and crags that the player must remove to make room for Viking buildings and dragons. It is a wooded area containing coppices, woodlands, thickets, and groves which the player must also remove. Another constructible bridge leads to The Long Beach expansion area. There is also a sawmill located in the area.

The player must purchase this land expansion area for 4,500 runes. Hooligan Harbor and three other expansion areas were released in September 2017.
