Hooligan Harbor is a location on the Isle of Berk, first seen on the map in How to Train Your Dragon.
Geography[]
Hooligan Harbor is a bay area enclosed on three sides by land, and presumably serves as the port for the Hairy Hooligan Tribe. According to the map, there is a beach area to the South West. It is possible that it is not very deep, as Gobber is able to retrieve a small boat simply by swimming down to the bottom.

How to Train Your Dragon (Book)[]
At the end of the Book a Viking's Funeral is being held for Toothless for saving Hiccup. However, Toothless is only recovering in Sleep Coma, and not truly dead.

Toothless was set afloat on a replica Viking Ship with the shield with a talon stuck in it, which was then set ablaze with flaming arrows.
How to Be a Pirate[]
Hooligan Harbor is mentioned in Book 2 as the location from which the Hooligans set out for the Isle of the Skullions, in search of Grimbeard's treasure.
How to Speak Dragonese[]
While arguing with Toothless, Hiccup mentions having to get oysters for Toothless at three o'clock in the morning from the 'Oyster Hoard' in Hooligan Harbor. It is unclear if this is a bed of oysters occurring in the harbor or it is a stockpile of oysters that have been collected by the Hooligans.
Hiccup and Fishleg's small boat, The Hopeful Puffin, sinks in Hooligan Harbor after being battered. Gobber later recovers it, though, simply by swimming down to it, implying that Hooligan Harbor is not very deep.
How to Cheat a Dragon's Curse[]
In the Winter taking place in Book 4, the harbor is completely frozen over. The Hairy Hooligans and the Bog-Burglar Tribe set up Freya'sday Fete activities - including Smashsticks-on-Ice - out on the harbor ice.
