Healer's Island is a relatively flat, rocky island with various herbs and grasses growing on it. Herbs include: Buckthorn Root, Rock Blossoms, Goat Weed, and Dagga Plant.

"The Eel Effect"[]
When the Hairy Hooligan Tribe of Berk were stricken with Eel Pox, Hiccup, Gothi, and the Dragon Riders go to Healer's Island to get the first four ingredients for the eel pox cure - Buckthorn Root, Rock Blossoms, Goat Weed, and Wild Daga Plant. However, because Healer Island does not have eels on it, Hiccup must later venture to Eel Island for the final ingredient: Bloodvein Eels.

Healer's Island is one of the Journey locations of Grump and Gobber. Grump must reach Level 95 and have the "Healer Grump Costume" before this Journey is available. Possible rewards include: Iron or one of several Dragon eggs from the Threadtail, Quiverpain, Prickleboggle, Sliquifier, Shivertooth, or Woolly Howl.
School of Dragons[]
Healer's Island does not appear directly in this game, but it is mentioned in a Stable Quest called "The Spider's Parlor". Stable Quests are activities the player can send non-active dragons on to earn points and rewards.
