Physical Appearance[]
Egg[]
The Gruesome Goregripper egg has the shape of that of a Deathgripper, with the scale patterns and colors of that of a Crimson Goregutter.
Hatchling to Adult[]
The Gruesome Goregripper inherits the bulky built of its Crimson Goregutter parent, but it is much shorter in size. It has the jagged pincers, protruding tusks, and telescopic tail ending with a venomous stinger of a Deathgripper, and the moose-like antlers of a Goregutter.
Abilities[]
Firepower[]
The Gruesome Goregripper is capable of shooting concentrated acid blasts, just like its Deathgripper parent.
Venomous Sting[]
The tail sting of a Gruesome Goregripper contains toxins that, when injected into another dragon, causes it to be extremely aggressive and move around frantically. Even trained dragons, like Stormfly can be affected by a small dosage of venom.
Retractable Tusks[]
Just like its Deathgripper parent, the Gruesome Goregripper possesses a pair of tusks on its lower jaw that can retract into the mandible and extend at will.
Strength and Combat[]
Gruesome Goregrippers have powerful bodies, and can ram into their enemies much like a tank. They can take strong hits from other dragons with little to no damage, even from other Goregrippers. Wartooth was able to battle a pack of wild Skrills and later on fought Matriarchal Goregripper, another Gruesome Goregripper.
Behavior and Personality[]
Gruesome Goregrippers inherit mostly the aggressiveness of the Deathgripper, though once trained, they adapt the docile demeanor of a Goregutter.
Training[]
A lone Gruesome Goregripper can be trained by offering it food and behaving gently around it. Once its trust is earned, a Gruesome Goregripper will allow itself to be ridden and will be completely loyal to its trainer.
