Grey Griffin, often credited as "Grey DeLisle" or "Grey DeLisle Griffin", is an iconic American actress, singer, and songwriter who voices Marena, Mrs. Borgomon, and Gemma in the Netflix series, Dragons: Rescue Riders.
Biography[]
Grey was born Erin Grey Van Oosbree in Fort Ord, California to a truck driver and singer. However when she was eleven, she moved in with her grandmother Eva Flores, who was a vocalist for the salsa group Tito Puente. She credits her grandmother and her father's love for country music for her music career. As a teen she started singing gospel music, and later broke into stand-up comedy. Her talent in doing voice impressions caught the attention of a producer and she was inspired to try her hands in voice acting. She has since done hundreds of voices, many for well known animated series' and films. She is one of the most famous and accredited voice actresses in the voiceover industry.
Grey has been married three times, producing three children. She currently lives near Los Angeles, California.
