Green Zipplewraith are a group of Zipplewraiths mentioned during Thawfest (2022) in the game, School of Dragons. Greenie is considered a Green Zipplewraith individual.
Within the game, Green Zipplewraith were introduced as a subspecies of the Zipplewraith. School of Dragons help desk personnel later indicated the Green Zipplewraith was not a subspecies.
For the purposes of organization, the Green Zipplewraith is presented here as a character group.
Physical Appearance[]
Green Zipplewraith have a base green color, similar to some colorations of Hideous Zipplebacks. Their wings are shaded with yellow, and have scarlet patches throughout. Their head protrusions and spikes on their bodies are also scalet, The underside of his necks, belly, and tails are a creamy golden yellow.
Personality[]
Green Zipplewraiths are said to take after their Hideous Zippleback progenitors behaviorally. This means they are slightly more social in nature and are able to get along with other similar dragon types than some Zipplewraiths are. They still prefer to form close-knit packs, but are more easy to integrate. Green Zipplewraiths prefer cold climates, but can well tolerate climates warmer than some other Zipplewraiths.

- Biologically in taxonomic classification, a hybrid cannot have subspecies, as they are not a species themselves at that point in time. There may be different physical variations of a hybrid, however, as seen with the human-induced hybrid, the mule.
