Gnarlwind is a Cyclarion hybrid that appears in the game Dragons: Titan Uprising.

| “ | The Gnarlwind is one of the most aggressive Cyclarions. The same avoidant feelings that characterize other Cyclarions is here presented in a different coping strategy. The Gnarlwind, assuming other Dragons will not accept it, doesn’t even try to fit in. Instead, they aggressively drive off anyone approaching them with a number of hostile threat displays. These displays are less dangerous than terrifying, however. They are intended to intimidate, not to harm, but this fact may not be immediately apparent to a person standing in the face of them. It takes an unshakable will to tame this Dragon. You have to respond with kindness, even when the Dragon is roaring and rushing at you in a cyclone of fire and fangs. Any sign of defensiveness and the Dragon will feel justified in it’s aggressive displays and turn them into actual attacks. Holding out peacefully is the only way. Then, once the Gnarlwind is sure you’re not a threat, it will exhaust itself. At that point, if you approach gently, giving it a gentle pat on the flank as you slip it some Sagefruit, you can convince it that you do actually like it, and it will become a loyal companion for life. |

Physical Appearance[]
Gnarlwind is a solid medium shaded blue, with a creamy ridged underbelly. Its two horns and back spines are a dark teal, while its wing claws are such a dark blue as to be almost black.
