Mount Ymir is a location seen in the Defenders of Berk comic, "Snowmageddon", and is located on Chilblain.
Geography[]
Mount Ymir is an active volcano situated on a very icy and snow-ridden land. The exterior is cold, while the interior has many caverns and possesses a very warm atmosphere, attracting dragons that would not normally live in a cold environment. Mount Ymir produces geothermal heat, which melts the snow and ice on the surface, causing avalanches.
Because of the unstable environment Mount Ymir creates in its immediate vicinity, the people of Chilblain must move there village a safer distance away.
