The Hoarsbrumble is a hybrid between a Thunderdrum and a Typhoomerang that first appeared in the game, Dragons: Titan Uprising.

Physical Appearance[]

Hatchling to Adult[]

The overall body shape of the Hoarsbrumble originates from its Typhoomerang progenitor, but the neck is much shorter and the head is rounder and wider. The center of the dorsal surface is lined with spikes, with narrow tubular protrusions located on both sides of the chin reminiscent of the Thunderdrum. Hoarsbrumble colors include yellows, blues, and greens in a broad range, coupled with yellow bulging eyeballs.

Titan Wing[]

The Titan Wing Hoarsbrumble is similar to its adult counterpart, though it is notably bigger with a lot more spikes that lie towards the back. The protuberance, extending from the side of the chin, is retained and barbells grow thereon.

Abilities[]

Sonic Screech[]

If pushed, she can unleash a shriek that will silence anyone and anything within 50 feet!
  Dragons: Titan Uprising

The Hoarsbrumble is capable of emitting a deafening scream that is lethal within a radius of 50 feet. The sound produces concussive blasts that can knock over buildings, stables, and Vikings.

Heated Howl[]

Hoarsbrumbles can heat up their concussive blasts that they can use against their opponents. Some Hoarsbrumbles that live in colder regions also use the heat to melt sea ice in order to reach the fish beneath.

Behavior and Personality[]

They live in packs, but each Hoarsbrumble carefully guards their particular patch of territory. Territorial disputes, which occur frequently, are often resolved (temporarily) with shouting matches.

The Hoarsbrumble's behavior falls somewhere in between that of each parent. It normally organizes itself in packs to find more food.

Pugnacious and a loudmouth, it transiently resolves territorial disputes by means of loud vocal communication like "shouting". When the latter alone doesn't suffice, the Hoarsbrumble unleashes a heated howl against opponents.

Dragons: Titan Uprising[]

The Hoarsbrumble was first introduced in this game, along with many other dragon hybrids. The only way a player can obtain a Hoarsbrumble is by breeding a Thunderdrum and a Typhoomerang in the Breedery.
