The Copyclaw is a dragon that first appeared in Dragons: Rescue Riders.
Physical Appearance[]
Hatchling to Adult[]
Copyclaws have slender bodies with round heads and bulging yellow eyes. They are dark grey in colour with bright green patterning on their backs, heads, feet, and shading on their wings. They have a thin crest atop their heads, and blunt-ish white teeth that all have the same shape. They have a row of small round spikes that start at the sides of their tails, moving closer to meet at the tip. They have four claws on each foot, three at the front and one at the back.

Voice Mimicry[]
Copyclaws can effectively mimic the voices of any dragon they hear.
Fire Blast Mimicry[]
Copyclaws can also mimic the fire power of the last dragon they saw using it. They switch when they see a new one. This switch appears to happen automatically when the Copyclaw sees a new type of blast. They can't choose whether to switch to the new blast or keep using the last one.
Weaknesses[]
Blast Mimicry Limitations[]
Even though they can mimic the blast of other dragons, Copyclaws can't copy different types of fire blast at one time and can only do the blast of the last dragon they see do a blast. They also have no control over whether they switch blasts or not, automatically switching when they see a new type.
Behavior and Personality[]
Copyclaws are sneaky, clever and crafty, often using their mimicry abilities to confuse and trick other dragons out of their food and even their homes as Gorsh did with the Rescue Riders Lighthouse.
As seen with Gorsh, Copyclaws don't like copying powers that they deem as ineffective or useless.
