Camicazi is one of Hiccup's best friends. She is a fierce swordfighter from the tribe of female warriors known as the Bog Burglars, and the heir to Big-Boobied Bertha. Though she is very skilled at escapes and burglary, Camicazi doesn't think very deeply sometimes. She has an extremely rare mood dragon called Stormfly who changes colour according to her mood and is a pathological liar. Camicazi first appeared in How to Speak Dragonese, and has appeared in every book since then. She does not appear in the film adaptation.
She also does not have a stepmother.

Meeting Hiccup
Camicazi meets Hiccup and Fishlegs when they are taken to the tower in which she is trapped. After first mistaking them as Romans, she later discovers they are Hooligans and starts hatching escape plans that repeatedly fail. First, she knits Hiccup and Fishlegs' waistcoats together and attaches a fish head to it to get a Gronkle to fly them away but it dropped Camicazi and she landed on a soldier playing cards. Camicazi then tries to dig her way out with Hiccup's helmet but ends up in The Fat Consul's bathroom (while he is still having a bath). Her third plan was to ambush the soldier who brought their food, knocking him out with his own food tray and putting on his clothes to pass as a soldier but is recognised. She eventually gives up, but then Hiccup thinks of a plan involving the self proclaimed Nano-dragon "god" Ziggerastica. Camicazi is also reluctant to throw Hiccup out of the boat in a barrel, but she goes along with his plan. After Hiccup helps them escape by posing as Thor with the help of the Nano-Dragons, they quickly escape and Camicazi develops an admiration for Hiccup.
Later adventures
Camicazi later helps Hiccup on the quest for the Frozen Potato, the quest to stop the volcano exploding, and the quest to steal a copy of How to Train Your Dragon from the Meat Head Public Library. She also once stole a pair of underpants from Stoick the Vast, while he was still wearing them.
