Bearcub is a young Wanderer that was captured and kept as a slave by The American Dream 2, and the Hysteric Tribe. He wishes to be rescued, and he is when Hiccup uses dragon nip to put the Hysteric Tribe to sleep, and lets them out, allowing them to escape on the small landing boats.
How to Ride a Dragon's Storm[]
Bearcub is one of the Northern Wanderer slaves captured by the Berserkers. When Hiccup promises to free them, Bearcub believes him. Bearcub's Grandmother, however, is less trusting, and brands Hiccup with the Slavemark. Later, Hiccup frees all of the Wanderers, including Bearcub. Much later, he is saved by them.
How to Seize a Dragon's Jewel[]
Bearcub's sister Eggingarde is one of the slaves in the Amber Slavelands forced to look for the Dragon Jewel by Alvin the Treacherous and Exellinor before Camacazi and her escape squad help her flee back to the Wanderers.
How to Fight a Dragon's Fury[]
Bearcub is there when the Vikings choose the King of the Wilderwest, and helps convince people to vote for Hiccup.
