Guarding the Crystals[]
Before the events of the episode, Babbley was the guardian of the dragon controlling Alpha Crystals. He at some point passed the duty on to his nephews Bubbley and Bobbley

Though he was never seen on screen, it can be assumed that he has the standard build of his species with the colors of either Bubbley or Bobbley.
