Armored Sheep are those which wear armor to protect them from dragons, appearing in the game, Dragons: Titan Uprising. They were formerly called Fancy Sheep.
Official Description[]
“ | Wool dying arts in the Barbarian Archipelago have developed to the point that, with a handful of dried herbs and the liberal application of a suitable mordant, a wide variety of spectacular colors can be produced. In an attempt to differentiate between flocks unrestrained by fences, shepherds have taken to dying their wool before shearing, making it easier to sort the sheep out of mingled flocks. Side effects of this are that the sheep themselves not only look fabulous, but have become uniquely suited to Dragon obstacle courses, where different colors of sheep represent different task difficulties. |

“ | Not all fleece is created equal. To the proud stock, whose distinctive locks glimmer against the drab of the Target Sheep, Dragon Fire is especially threatening. To prevent their luscious manes from being reduced to blackened cinders during Dragon training, the Basic Armor is worn. Any especially pretty sheep can be rest assured that their cherished coats will remain intact as long as their Armor is in place... at least until Shearing Day. | ” |

Biography[]
Dragons: Titan Uprising[]
Armored sheep are used in Dragon Training. They are given special wearables to prevent their quality wool from being damaged before shearing.
Physical Appearance[]
Armored Sheep are the standard woolly white sheep of Berk with long grey faces and short stubby legs. Their wool is particularly shiny and of good quality. However, there is some difference. Armoured sheep appeared to be decorated with a certain level of war paint, which generally touches on their ear tips and tail. Additionally, they are made 'fancy' by wearing costumes mimicking dragons, so as to allow the sheep to move amongst them unharmed. Costumes appear to be leather-based, with sticks and other adornments made to mimic horns and spines, The costumes come in a variety of colors: a few common ones include red, green and yellow. The costumes all strap onto the sheep in the same way: using a series of leather straps, which criss-cross underneath the sheep's underbelly and back round onto its back.
