Alpha Gembreaker
An Alpha Gembreaker is the leader of a Gembreaker pack. Several of them appeared in the game DreamWorks Dragons: Legends of The Nine Realms
Biography [ ] After a comet flew close to the Earth, the Hidden World was shaken by numerous tremors and earthquakes. Due to this, many Alpha Gembreakers became agitated and attacked any dragon crossing their territories.
Physical Appearance [ ] Alpha Gembreakers appear larger than normal sized Gembreakers and appear green with much larger horns and a ring of crystals on their heads.
Personality [ ] Alpha Gembreakers, like any other Alphas, will defend their territory, but if the threat is too much to handle, they'll back down. If another dragon aid in the defeat of the threat, the Gembreaker will thank said dragon. As Thunder defeated the Fault Ripper to save the Gembreakers' home from her when she was trying to make her nest. They have the role as companions and bodyguards in the Gods Realm alongside the Gem Blaster to keep and preserve unharmed the Central Gem Dragonsite.
Abilities [ ] Firepower [ ] Unlike regular Gembreakers, Alpha Gembreakers breath a powerful fire breath which can stun a larger dragon like the Fault Ripper dragon and cause serious harm to other dragons showing their power. In the show they fire the same exploding loogie bombs.
Speed and Agility [ ] Despite their large physical size, these beings exhibit remarkable speed, effortlessly keeping pace with the Dragon Club on the ground.
Social Nature [ ] Similar to other Gembreakers, this ones seems to cooperate very good even in pairs of two while relentlessly confront and repel any intruder that might approach the Dragonsite Gem.
Intelligence [ ] This dragons have proven their intelligence by showing a degree of understanding in the role of defending that Gem and should happen if it will be gone or stolen. They can tell the difference between friends or foes based on their actions as seen when interacting with Plowhorn.
Weaknesses [ ] Electricity [ ] The Alpha Gembreakers do not seem to posses the same resistence to electricity like othr Gembreakers and they will be stunned for a period of time as seen when a pair tried their best on holding Sledkin away from the Gem but she electrocutes them with her electronic baton, leaving them vulnerable laying on the ground.
