"404 Alex Not Found" is the sixth episode of the seventh season of Dragons: The Nine Realms.

Plot[]
Sledkin begins setting up her new lab to help her find a suspected massive deposit of Dragonsite in the Hidden World, but Buzzsaw is more concerned about her holding up her part of their alliance and helping him find a "death dragon" mentioned in the Book of Dragons. When Sledkin refuses to put a hold on building her lab, Buzzsaw decides to search for the creature himself.
Alex tries to have some time to herself and play with her tablet and digital assistant Wendy, but no matter where she goes in ICARIS, the other riders keep bothering her by asking for her help with various tech problems. When she tries to find some privacy in the dragon lair, the other riders also end up there for various reasons and Tom proposes trying to find a way to get the Book of Dragons back from Buzzsaw. He asks Alex to lend him her tablet so he can use it show his plans to get the book back, but Alex refuses because the team broke up and doesn't consider the book her problem. Tom accuses Alex of caring more about her "fake digital friend" than her real friends, but Alex snaps back that at least Wendy doesn't use her as a personal tech support. When Tom and Jun consider Alex's complaints as being dramatic, and claim that she wasn't doing anything important, she tries to storm off in anger. When Thunder tries to stop her, he accidentally throws her tablet into the air and when both he and Feathers try to catch it, he accidentally short-circuits it with electricity. This proves to be the last straw for Alex who flies off into the Crystal Realm on Feathers to be alone. However, when she thinks the others have followed her, she tries to confront them only to discover that it's Buzzsaw, his henchman, and Jack, who capture her.
The other riders reflect on how inconsiderate they've been to Alex and D'Angelo suggests fixing the tablet could help start to make amends and the riders head to ICARIS to get help from Philip and then Alex's moms.
Meanwhile, Alex observes Buzzsaw searching for something and tricks him into thinking she doesn't want anything do with the other riders anymore, and that she knows where the dragon he wants is. She makes an offer to take him to it in exchange for her and Feathers' freedom, and he reluctantly accepts this.
Back at ICARIS, Carla and Hazel manage to restart the tablet and the riders discover from the tablet's tracking app that Alex is in the Crystal Realm alone. Alex leads Buzzsaw into the silver maze and continues to trick Buzzsaw into thinking she isn't loyal to the riders anymore by breaking some sensors and convinces him to let her see in the book and find what dragon he is searching for. Meanwhile, the other riders find Buzzsaw's henchmen watching over the captive Feathers and realize what happened. They free Feathers and set the henchmen's Gronckle's free so they can't follow them as they go after Alex. Using Alex's tablet, they discover that even though that some sensors have been destroyed, the ones destroyed are in a straight line, giving them a hint to find Alex.
They find Alex and Buzzsaw and try to rescue the former, but Alex continues to pretend she doesn't want anything to do with the riders to get a chance at stealing back the book. She gets on Feathers and she topples a wall with her sonic scream to separate the riders from Buzzsaw, who becomes convinced enough of her loyalty to him to give her the book. With the book in hand, Alex leaves Buzzsaw trapped in the maze and tries to flee, but she's quickly cornered by Buzzsaw and Jack. Fortunately, the other riders come to her rescue and discover her fake betrayal was to get the book back. The riders escape and Buzzsaw gets lost in the maze. Hours later, after finally getting out and returning to Sledkin's lab, Buzzsaw tells her that the riders have stolen back the book. However, Sledkin reveals that she had already taken pictures of the book's contents on her phone.
When the riders return to the lair, everyone apologizes to Alex and they give her back her fixed tablet. Alex then reveals what Buzzsaw's after and shows the others a picture of a monstrous dragon in the Dark Realm.

- The title of this episode is a reference to the "404 not found" status code in computer network communications, which means that a page in a certain website is missing.
- The dance Thunder performed to distract Ford and Winston was the same dance Toothless did when meeting the Light Fury. Although unlike Toothless, Thunder finds this dance embarrassing.
