Ólafur Darri Ólafsson is an established Icelandic actor who will be voicing the character Ragnar the Rock in the final movie How to Train Your Dragon: The Hidden World.

Biography

Though born in the United States, Ólaffer's parents moved back to Iceland, their country of origin, when he was 4 years old. Once grown, he helped establish the Vesturport Theatre Company in 2001 consisting of artists and professionals from various disciplines in theatre and film. His company has since performed in North America, Europe, and Australia. He has two daughters with his partner Icelandic dancer Lovísa Ósk Gunnarsdóttir.

Career

Ólaffer has been acting since 1998, and now works full-time as an actor. He is well known for his voice in his home country of Iceland due to his announcer gigs.
